This includes your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and preferred payment method details (such as your bKash or Nagad wallet number). Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination. dgb999 is not responsible for any losses arising from registration errors made by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. dgb999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. 2. Use of the Platform
dgb999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly for your own personal entertainment purposes. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
dgb999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile financial services, as well as Visa and Mastercard. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). dgb999 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. dgb999 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time. Players will be notified of any changes via the platform's announcements section.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). In some cases, additional verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved. dgb999 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 72 hours if an identity verification check or anti-fraud review is in progress. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered under the same name as the dgb999 account holder.
You may only use payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay wallets or bank cards) that are registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balance.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by dgb999 are subject to specific wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. dgb999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5. Games, Betting, and Results

The RNG systems used by dgb999's game providers are independently tested and verified for fairness. dgb999 does not control the outcome of individual games; results are determined solely by the certified RNG of each game provider.

Sports betting results are settled based on official match outcomes. In the event of a data error or feed disruption, dgb999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

10. Account Suspension and Termination
dgb999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time if we reasonably believe that: (a) the player is under 21 years of age; (b) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (c) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users. In the event of termination due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance remaining after all pending wagers are settled will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
